To assist us in running on time, please be prompt for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late cannot be guaranteed that their stylist will be able to perform their entire service. Anyone arriving too late to receive all services will be charged for the entire appointment.
As a courtesy, we will call to confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance. We also offer email and text message appointment confirmations and reminders. Please let our front desk team know if you would like to sign up.
For your enjoyment as well as the relaxation of others, please do not bring small children to the salon unless they have an appointment or there is someone to supervise them. We also request that you kindly turn off your cellular phone while with your stylist.
At Pompadours, we require payment in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard.
We do understand that changes in your schedule may occur. A 24-hour notice is required to change or move an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of their service. No-shows will be charged full price.
Any service that is not to your expectation should be relayed to us within one week so that we may have the opportunity to correct it. There are no cash refunds on products, an even exchange or store credit will be offered. No cash refunds or makeup returns.
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Once issued, they will expire five years from purchase.
