Lisa Fraser, owner of Pompadours since the doors opened in 1990, has been in the hair industry since 1980. With an eye for shape and form that developed early on with her love of art and photography, Lisa strives to find the best style to suit each individual face shape, hair texture, and lifestyle. She loves all forms of cutting from precision classics to cutting edge pixies, long flowing layers to short and textured. She has a natural talent for cutting including precision scissor cutting as well as excelling in razor cutting! She has studied at the Vidal Sassoon Academy Santa Monica, Jingles Academy New York, American Crew Academy, and Tony and Guy Advanced Academies in Dallas and Long Beach. She has also studied at the Aveda Advanced Academies in New York, Minneapolis, and Denver. She has had the opportunity to study with some of the best artists in the industry including Oscar Bond, Rudy Miles, Gina Derry, Ricardo Dinis, Misael Aponte, and Trevor Sorbie as well as many others over the years. She recently worked behind the scenes at Fashion Week New York Feb 2016. Her role as teacher and mentor inspires old and new talent here at Pompadours.
Co-owner of Pompadours, Eddie started his career in the hair industry in 1988. This award winning stylist brings both experience and expertise to the chair. His clients rave about his natural looking highlights and color as well as his precision haircuts. His focus and passion for the industry have led him all over the country and world seeking education to further his talents. He has studied at the American Crew Advanced Academy, Toni and Guy Advanced Academies in Dallas and Long Beach, Aveda Advanced Academies in New York, Minneapolis, and Denver, and the Vidal Sassoon Advanced Academy in Santa Monica. Eddie regularly attends leading color shows around the country with many of the worlds top colorists. He also keeps current with cutting trends attending classes with industry leaders such as Oscar Bond, Gina Derry, Ricardo Dinis, Travis Parker,Trevor Sorbie as well as others. His extensive education and passion make him a leading hair artist in the Denver/Boulder area!
Rebecca “Becky” is from the United Kingdom and is a Master Stylist at Pompadours. Becky began her career in 1990 in her hometown of Bath, England and has traveled the world working as a hair stylist on cruise ships. She has most recently worked in San Diego, California before moving back to Colorado, where she is enjoying her second stint at Pompadours. Her education is vast and varied, training with industry leaders at Vidal Sassoon Academy, Wella, Toni & Guy and Aveda. Becky continues to seek out great education opportunities that can add that extra dimension to an already stellar career. Along with her passion for hair, Becky brings a positive attitude and a love of life to the Pompadours team.
Stephanie Moore attended school at the Aveda Institute Denver, graduating at the top of her class in 2006. Stephanie’s education and natural talent for precision cutting has elevated her to the position of master stylist and education director. She developed her passion for education attending the Aveda Master Jam in 2006. She’s continued her advanced technique training with Schwarzkopf Color Education and Aveda Color Education. She has also attended the Vidal Sassoon Advanced Academies in Santa Monica, Chicago, and again in Santa Monica, where her focus was women’s hair cutting, advanced hair cutting, and most recently men’s cutting and styling. She participated in the 2017 New York fashion week and was hooked! She is hoping to be part of future fashion weeks! Stephanie is American Crew certified and specializes in men’s haircutting.
Going on two decades of experience, Brandon began his career in Ohio with Aveda, where he could find an outlet for his passion for all things hair, the environment and community. Graduating from the Aveda Institute Columbus Ohio, Brandon’s career has spanned many roles and cities from working in Columbus to teaching for Aveda, and working in top Aveda salons in Washington DC, and most recently in NYC with some of the best in the industry. Brandon has completed an apprenticeship with David Adams, co-creator of the Aveda Color line, celebrity stylist, and a Rembrandt in the industry. Brandon has a love for all things color, from natural highlights and balayage, to fashion shades for an edgy rainbow of colors. Brandon makes sure your wishes are captured during your styling consultation, and he is excellent at explaining the different styles and techniques. Brandon is also experienced in styling and cutting Ethnic hair. Whether you’re looking for the perfect pixie or long flowing layers, or anything in between, Brandon has you covered.
Stephanie Marie Red Shirt graduated from the Aveda Institute of Denver in 2013. Wanting more education, she started the Pompadours apprentice program and finished in 2016. Stephanie really enjoys doing special occasion styling, braiding, color including balayage and ombré, makeup, and all hair cutting. She is looking forward to continuing her journey at Pompadours and furthering her education at local, and national training events.
Minhwa Lee attended the Aveda Institute of Denver and graduated as valedictorian in 2016. Along with that, she received the Rising Star Award, Inspire Greatness Champion Award, Most Services Award, and Best Overall Photoshoot Award. Before her experience in the hair industry, she majored in fashion design in college and also worked as a makeup artist. She had the opportunity to take an Aveda color class with Ian Michael Black, Aveda’s Global Artistic Director, and the opportunity to work with Heggy Gonzalez and Brad Van Dyke in an Editorial Remix. Minhwa loves creating perfectly blended colors and precision cuts. She specializes in balayage, fashion colors, and precision cuts. Minhwa is also a wedding specialist. She admires the guest to stylist interaction in the salon and strives to make every client walk away happy and educated about their hair. Her shampoos are EPIC! Outside the salon, Minhwa loves to hike, cook, and bake with her two daughters.
